Everything was up to expectations, except that the cashier didn’t ask us how we wanted our bubble tea to be less or more sweet. I specifically had to ask for mine to be 25% sweet, while my friend just ordered it, and the drink sweetness was automatically set to 100% (result: super sweet). Other than that, their tapioca was great and the ice cream was good too.

Interesting experience here (Rolled Ice Cream specific review). Pros: the rolled ice cream was very good. You also get to watch it being made. Cons: it takes a long time to make! Also it was quite unclear for a first-timer how the flavors worked. An I’ve cream is $7 each (which makes sense given the labor!). Lastly they were out of Matcha which was a bummer because that’s what brought the wife in, in the first place. It wasn’t busy when we were there but the process to make our two ice creams was 10 mins or so. Was fun to watch it, but if they were busy I can see that wait compounding quickly. Either way I’d say the experience was fine all things considered and we enjoyed the rolled ice cream.

The best boba tea in Cincinnati! I love the one in West Chester, very quick and nice. They did move their counter closer to the door and it can get crowded. I always get the matcha milk tea it’s my favorite. Their boba is real boba, none of that fake stuff. I always love going here after getting sushi!

I had “taro milky” with egg “pudding” (kind of like crème brûlée) and boba, with less ice. Taro was made from scratch, not with premixed powder. Every thing is the way it’s supposed to be. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice service and great rolled ice cream and boba. They were nice and fast with making the boba and ice cream. We got the choco loco, cookie monster and banana pudding

Delicious little boba and rolled ice cream shop! We stopped by shortly after opening on a Sunday and it was quick and easy to order and get our items. We tried the Strawberry Oolong Fruit Tea with Passionfruit Popping Boba; also tried the Banana Pudding rolled ice cream with several toppings. Everything was delicious and they had a wide variety of fun toppings and flavors to add on! Staff was awesome and service was fast. There’s seating right outside the building or a little open seating area right around the corner with chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!
